Ways to Participate
There are two ways to participate in Miracle Jeans Day: as a group and as an individual.
Group Orders
Follow these simple steps to participate in Miracle Jeans Day as a group, department, organization or company.
- Determine how many in your group are participating. Group orders require a minimum of 5 participants, and each participant that donates at least $5 will receive a Miracle Jeans Day button.
- Select a Miracle Jeans Day Captain within your group or organization—someone who will promote Miracle Jeans Day, collect donations from participants and be responsible for ordering all supplies.
- As a Captain, promote Miracle Jeans Day utilizing Miracle Jeans Day posters, e-mail blasts, paycheck stuffers and other materials. Visit the Support Materials page to download promotional materials.
- Involve your HR department and/or administrative team. They can help you educate employees through your internal systems.
- Collect money from employees who want to participate.
- Miracle Jeans Day buttons can be purchased for a $5 donation, a t-shirt for $15 and a Miracle Jeans Day lapel pin for a $20 donation.
- NOTE: T-shirts will only be available until August 15th. All orders for t-shirts must be placed by August 15th to ensure delivery for Miracle Jeans Day.
- Online orders require the use of a credit card for payment. To pay by check, please click here to find the ‘Pay by Check Order Form’.
- Orders can be placed any time, but Miracle Jeans Day merchandise will begin shipping on August 1, 2010. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive your Miracle Jeans Day materials within 7-10 business days. Shipping is complimentary until September 1, 2010. Orders can still be placed after September 1, 2010; however, shipping charges will apply.
- NOTE: T-shirts will only be available until August 15th. All orders for t-shirts must be placed by August 15th to ensure delivery for Miracle Jeans Day.
- Miracle Jeans Day is Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Encourage all your participants to wear their jeans along with their Miracle Jeans Day item(s) to work.
Individual Orders
To participate in Miracle Jeans Day as an individual, follow these simple steps.
- Select which level you would like to participate in Miracle Jeans Day.
- Gold Level: Receive a personalized gold electronic certificate along with a complimentary Miracle Jeans Day lapel pin for a $20 donation.
- Silver Level: Receive a personalized silver electronic certificate for a $10 donation.
- Bronze Level: Receive a personalized bronze electronic certificate for a $5 donation.
- Visit www.MiracleJeansDay.com/OrderType.aspx and select 'Individual Order.' Simply follow the on-screen instructions to place your order.
- During the ordering process, participants can choose to order a t-shirt for an additional $15 or a lapel pin for $20. NOTE: T-shirts will only be available until August 15th. All orders for t-shirts must be placed by August 15th to ensure delivery for Miracle Jeans Day.
- Online orders require the use of a credit card for payment.
- Individuals who purchase a Miracle Jeans Day certificate will receive an electronic copy at the end of the transaction, as well as in a confirmation e-mail that contains the PDF document. Certificates will not be mailed to participants.
- Individual orders for certificates can be placed at any time until September 15, 2010 and certificates can be downloaded immediately.
- Miracle Jeans Day is Wednesday, September 15, 2010, so wear your jeans to work (and Miracle Jeans Day merchandise if purchased) to show you support your local Children's Miracle Network hospital.
Miracle Jeans Day Merchandise
- Miracle Jeans Day merchandise including lapel pins and t-shirts can also be purchased to support Miracle Jeans Day and your local Children's Miracle Network hospital.
- Online orders require the use of a credit card for payment.
- All Miracle Jeans Day merchandise will begin shipping on August 1, 2010. Once your order has been placed, you should receive your Miracle Jeans Day materials within 7-10 business days.
