Ways to Participate
There are two ways to participate in Miracle Jeans Day: as a group and as an individual.
Group Orders
Do you have 5+ people ready to participate in Miracle Jeans Day on September, 14, 2011? If so, follow these simple steps.
- Group participation requires a minimum of 5 people with a minimum donation of $5 each to receive a Miracle Jeans Day sticker.
- Select a Miracle Jeans Day Captain within your group who will manage the campaign.
- Promote Miracle Jeans Day with Support Materials provided by Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
- Collect donations from participants
- Place one order for merchandise and distribute to the group.
- To place a single order for your group visit www.MiracleJeansDay.com/OrderType.aspx, and select 'Group Order.' Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
- * Online orders require the use of a credit card for payment. To pay by check, please click here to find the ‘Pay by Check Order Form’.
- Miracle Jeans Day merchandise will be shipped weekly until September 1st, then it will be shipped daily. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your Miracle Jeans Day materials within 7-10 business days. Increased shipping charges will be applied for all orders placed on/after September 1, 2011.
Miracle Jeans Day Icons
Do you want to involve your customers, members, guests or friends? Utilize the Miracle Jeans Day Icons (or paper hang-ups) in your office. By selling these for just $1, you can show your support of Miracle Jeans Day to the community.
- Miracle Jeans Day Icon Kits consist of 100 Miracle Jeans Day icons, which will be provided free of charge to participants. Supporters are asked to collect and remit funds directly to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at 205 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 after the campaign concludes. A self-addressed envelope will be provided in the kit.
- Want more Miracle Jeans Day Icon Kits? One free kit will be provided by clicking orders, but additional icons must be ordered through your local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals representative. To find your local Children's Miracle Network Hospital, please click here.
Individual Orders
Want to participate as an Individual? Follow these simple steps:
- Visit www.MiracleJeansDay.com/OrderType.aspx and select "Individual Order".
- Select the level you would like to participate in Miracle Jeans Day and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
- Gold Level - Receive a gold personalized electronic certificate for a $20 donation.
- Silver Level - Receive a silver personalized electronic certificate for a $10 donation.
- Bronze Level - Receive a bronze personalized electronic certificate for a $5 donation.
- Online orders require the use of a credit card for payment.
- An electronic copy of the Miracle Jeans Day certificate will be received at the end of the transaction and in the confirmation e-mail. Orders for certificates can be placed at any time until September 14, 2011 and certificates can be downloaded immediately. Certificates will not be mailed to participants.
Miracle Jeans Day Merchandise
- Miracle Jeans Day merchandise is available to support Miracle Jeans Day and your local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
- Visit www.MiracleJeansDay.com/Merchandise.aspx to view these items and follow the on-screen instructions to place your order.
- Online orders require the use of a credit card for payment.
